This is a supercharged Top Fuel Offy. Also, the bare minimum of chassis, common sense, etc.

Need more info about this thing, please?

... lack of real tire, no full face helmet, no blower restraining straps...

...joke for a windshield, no cooling because dragster, rudimentary steering only...
Still, it's a guy who looks like a kid in a pillow fort, because he's sitting behind an engine with a super on it. That counts for something.

60s rail guys were just insane.
Front tires look big to me here. Got any more pics of this setup?

Found the pic here , which doesn't elaborate much on this vehicle exactly, but should give you a grounding on the Offenhauser in general. Best I've been able to find out, this one belonged to Ed Donovan.

Yep.

Sweet baby Jebus look at that blower! That's one bad looking engine! Considering a standard Offy put out ridiculous power back in the day I'd say it's got tons of power.

Top pic reminds me that they were also push-start, right?

I don't know that they always were, but in this case, probably.

It's probably an Offy 2.8 - with a blower on, I'm haphazardly guessing ~700HP.

And a 57 Ford to push start it!

Holy Santa Claus shit that blower.

Yep. Counts as an easter egg in this picture, not so much the other one I posted in response to somebody.

Have a crank mounted blower and a reverse flow nailhead:

Nah - it's a "high tower" 270, meaning without the blower and nitro it made over 400hp. It's to got have at least 700hp though. What a beast!

How Bentleyesque.
